I am a therapist who specializes in mindfulness-based approaches for addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges and the pain we all face when loss occurs in a comfortable online setting. When I was facing midlife challenges, I found that combining the tools of both therapy and mindfulness made all the difference. Today, I am committed to supporting you in discovering for yourself the greater meaning and fulfillment that may be born out of trying something different -- a mindfulness-centered approach to psychotherapy.
Here I provide my thoughts on novel approaches to establishing wellness, showcase new tools from both myself and cutting edge professionals alongside highlighting the work of leaders making strides in the arena of creating and maintaining spiritual, emotional and psychological balance and well-being.
I am available to work with you in many settings. We can explore personal challenges one on one or address difficulties as a couple or family system. I am also offering the supportive experience of holding space with a group where we explore the path to well-being and self-discovery.
